Heart Fondant Chocolate Puddings

Heart Fondant Chocolate Puddings

Cooking time: 0 - 15 minutes
Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 100g chocolate
  • 100g butter plus a knob of butter for greasing
  • 3 eggs
  • 50g flour plus a little extra for dusting the ramekins
  • 100g icing sugar

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C,  fan 180°C, Gas 6. Grease the heart ramekins
  2. Melt the chocolate and the butter in a bowl over a pan of simmering water
  3. Mix the sugar, the flour and the eggs in a mixing bowl
  4. Add the melted chocolate/butter mixture, and then mix well.
  5. Pour the mixture into the ramekin moulds (flour should be sprinkled onto these before pouring in the mixture, to make it easy to remove the moulds afterwards)
  6. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes. The fondant should be cooked on the top and very creamy inside
  7. Remove from the mould right away, and serve with a scoop of ice cream.
