Heart Fondant Chocolate Puddings

Ingredients
- 100g chocolate
- 100g butter plus a knob of butter for greasing
- 3 eggs
- 50g flour plus a little extra for dusting the ramekins
- 100g icing sugar
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, Gas 6. Grease the heart ramekins
- Melt the chocolate and the butter in a bowl over a pan of simmering water
- Mix the sugar, the flour and the eggs in a mixing bowl
- Add the melted chocolate/butter mixture, and then mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the ramekin moulds (flour should be sprinkled onto these before pouring in the mixture, to make it easy to remove the moulds afterwards)
- Cook for 10 to 15 minutes. The fondant should be cooked on the top and very creamy inside
- Remove from the mould right away, and serve with a scoop of ice cream.
