BBC Great British Bake Off

The Great British Bake Off on BBC2 is challenging the contestants to bake everything from cakes to breads, biscuits, pies and quiches. It's interesting to see the products they are using, these include the KitchenAid Artisan Stand Mixer (in various colours), Le Parfait jars for storing dry ingredients, the Nordic Ware Cake Lifter, the Nordic Ware Cake Tester and all sorts of bakeware. In the first programme the contestants had to make a Battenberg cake, to add to the challenge they had to make the cake tin. But there was no need - because we sell a ready made Battenberg cake tin! The programme has plenty of hints and tips and some facts about baking, it's definitely worth watching for any baking enthusiast, it is shown on Tuesdays at 8.00pm on BBC2.
